Welcome to my webpage! I teach College Prep, Honors, and Advanced Placement Biology here at Academy Park. Prior to entering the field of education, I worked as an Associate Scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. My love for learning and excitement to help students connect concepts to reality led me into secondary education.
Additionally, I've been studying research-based techniques in neuroscience related to self-empowerment, managing stress, and developing coping skills. My goal is to build students’ knowledge and engagement in the biological sciences in addition to building character and confidence. I hold a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cabrini University.
